**Location:** Mississauga, ON, Etobicoke, ON
**Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent
**Salary:** $18.00-$22.00 per hour
**Experience:** Meat cutting (1 year required), Bone Cutting (2 years preferred)
**Schedule:**
– 8-hour shift
– 10-hour shift
– Day shift
– Monday to Friday
– Overtime may be required
**Ability to commute/relocate:**
– Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Mississauga, ON (required)
**Responsibilities:**
– Cut and trim poultry according to specified orders
– Remove bones and skin from meat
– Receive, inspect, and store meat deliveries to ensure quality
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
– Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Demonstrate problem-solving skills
– Stand for long periods and handle heavy loads
**Requirements:**
– Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control in meat cutting
– Knife skills, knowledge, and expertise in meat cutting
– Ability to maintain steady hand and arm movements
– Detail-oriented with the ability to see details at a close range
– Ability to work well under pressure
**Working Conditions:**
– Ability to work in cold temperatures (-10/+4) degrees Celsius
– Ability to stand for long periods
– Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs
