Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various tasks related to the installation and maintenance of fences and decks, contributing to the overall success of our projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in the installation and repair of fences and decks. 

– Prepare work areas by removing obstacles and hazards. 

– Load and unload materials and tools as needed. 

– Dig post holes and set posts for fence installations. 

– Measure and cut materials according to project specifications. 

– Assist in the assembly and construction of fences and decks. 

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. 

– Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. 

– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion. 

– Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. 

Requirements:

– Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset. 

– Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials. 

– Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. 

– Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. 

– Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. 

– Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed. 

– Valid driver’s license is a plus.
